Crowdbitz respects the privacy of its users. Crowdbitz will never reveal user's personal information without the consent of the user. Demographic information may be used, but never in a way that would reveal personal information. Crowdbitz stores sensitive information such as the addresses of its users in an encrypted format.

Employees of Crowdbitz will never access, reveal, disclose, copy or transmit the personal information of its users. However Crowdbitz cannot prevent users from revealing personal information about themselves via posts or uploaded content.

By uploading content to an organization in Crowdbitz, you are agreeing that the organization may use the content for commercial purposes. It is assumed that the uploader has taken the necessary legal precautions and obtained the consent of any subjects that appear in the uploaded content. The uploader is responsible for ensuring that the content does not violate the privacy of other individuals without their consent.
